Brain Activity Agenda
During my study at the university I'd stumbled upon so many information about how to be more productive, work more sufficient, be at your very best at all times. I even discovered an article where it was claimed that there are certain times of the day when brain works at it's best, however a lot of subjective data was lacking. Because it was so generalized, I decided to complete the research by gathering extra information by myself.
I've collected data from my friends and family and found out that such parameters as stress level, hungriness and health state (for example person who has a cold will work less efficiently than person with no cold) have huge impact on the brain's up time hours. Based on that information I created this agenda. It's of course not 100% accurate, because I only researched three parameters, however it may give you a glimpse of when you would have your personal up time moments.
